Who we are

RW Coldstore Construction Ltd is a specialist contractor for temperature-controlled construction, food-grade environments and fire-rated compartmentation. We work with commercial and industrial clients who need environments built to function reliably under demanding operational and compliance conditions.

With over 25 years of collective experience across our team, we deliver projects from initial concept and advisory through design, construction and handover. Our work covers the full scope of what these environments require — insulated panel systems, hygienic finishes, fire walls, refrigeration infrastructure and environmental controls.

We are not a general contractor. Our focus is deliberately narrow, which allows us to maintain a depth of knowledge and practical capability that generalist builders cannot offer in these specialist environments.
